  • Create the design requirement in our workshop series

  • Build a SLA based on the workshop

  • Train Support staff on our Network Patrol Mobile App

  • Meet with host facility IT Staff as an agent

  • Design the Network Patrol Monitoring System for ubiquitous deployment at the facility

  • Set up Temporary Network Patrol Performance Monitoring Center to manage alerts

  • Interface with Host Facility IT staff for escalations

  • Record the Event for review after the event
