Lead Engineer

 

We have grown every year since our inception 6 years ago and have been named three times to the Bulldog 100 Fastest Growing Companies.  We are now hiring a qualified engineering representative.  We are looking for someone to fit into our fast paced Norcross Offce, someone with a strong understanding of the wireless industry and a keen interest in the latest in wireless.  The ideal candidates are voracious readers and IT fanatics. But, also – and we can't stress this enough – they are people with amazing engineering talent.  Candidates must be familiar with, and excel at, wireless design, spectrum analysis, multi-site redundant architecture, network design, and be ready for LOTS of documentation.  You must be able to perform well under pressure both in front of various hardware platforms and various customer facing situations.  You must be able to assert your expertise without making customers feel incompetent and then deliver with excellence on a consistent basis.

 

The job is hard but it's also fun and meaningful work. You need to be able to absorb quickly new information and put it into a standard practice as new technology emerges as well as speak with verve and enthusiasm about our culture of world class service.
